In addition to our mindful movement, it’s important to find time to meditate. I am by no means a dedicated yogi or meditator – I mean, I love them both but do I do it on the regular – no. But I should and this year I intend to. I hope you can join me for some beautiful guided meditations, breathing meditations and visualisations. All with the purpose of deepening that connection to yourself.
